In your role, you will be responsible for:
Being part of the Investment team - Play an active role in the company’s M&A origination, execution and financing processes, incl. financial modelling, valuation, structuring, and negotiation of transactions
Creating (deal-related) financial models
Participating in due diligence workstreams in live transactions
Reviewing and structuring transaction documents
Assessing incoming investment opportunities
Conducting comprehensive market and sector-specific analyses
Supporting deal-related governance work
Getting involved in related projects such as strategic corporate finance initiatives
Assuming responsibility from day one
Working in a fast-paced environment alongside highly professional colleagues with backgrounds from Tier 1 Investment Banks

Job requirements
As a potential candidate, you have:
An impeccable academic track record
Passion for investing, financial modelling and renewable energy
Strong analytical and technical skills combined with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Project Finance or Consulting
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
An entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset and a team player mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German
