In your role, you will be responsible for:

  • Being part of the Investment team - Play an active role in the company’s M&A origination, execution and financing processes, incl. financial modelling, valuation, structuring, and negotiation of transactions

  • Creating (deal-related) financial models

  • Participating in due diligence workstreams in live transactions

  • Reviewing and structuring transaction documents

  • Assessing incoming investment opportunities

  • Conducting comprehensive market and sector-specific analyses

  • Supporting deal-related governance work

  • Getting involved in related projects such as strategic corporate finance initiatives

  • Assuming responsibility from day one

  • Working in a fast-paced environment alongside highly professional colleagues with backgrounds from Tier 1 Investment Banks

Job requirements

As a potential candidate, you have:

  • An impeccable academic track record

  • Passion for investing, financial modelling and renewable energy

  • Strong analytical and technical skills combined with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Project Finance or Consulting

  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • An entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset and a team player mentality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German
