As a working student digital communications you can expect the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve our homepage, ensuring content is up to date, consistent, and aligned with our communication strategy

  • Manage and further develop our LinkedIn presence by creating and publishing engaging content,  supported by AI enabled Automations for recurring posts and approvals

  • Support the preparation and distribution of newsletters, including content creation and coordination with internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g. agencies, designers, freelancers) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of communication materials

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, contributing to smooth organization and impactful delivery

  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to identify repetitive communication tasks and turn them into scalable automated workflows

Job requirements

For this role, ideally, you bring:

  • An academic background in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field

  • Prior experience in internal and or external communication and the maintenance of websites

  • Strong interest in automation and AI tools, with a hands-on mindset to test, improve and scale new workflows

  • The ability to clearly articulate results and insights

  • Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint

  • Great passion and curiosity for accelerating the energy transition

  • A structured way of working and a team player mentality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of German, Polish, Spanish or Italian would be a plus

  • Based in Munich and available to work from our Munich office
